Where’s the app version? It’s at the top right of the app, next to your channel name (for example v1.0.0). It’s also at the bottom left of the Your channel panel.

A picture shows us exactly what you see, so it’s the best thing to add. Include the top of the app window if you can: then we can see your app version too.

  1. Get the problem on screen (the message, the dialog or the element that looks wrong).

  2. Press Win + Shift + S and drag over the area. Windows copies the picture. Press Cmd + Ctrl + Shift + 4 and drag over the area. Your Mac copies the picture. (Without Ctrl, it saves it on your desktop instead.) Press PrtSc (Print Screen), choose Selection and drag over the area, then confirm. On Ubuntu and most desktops the picture is copied and saved in Pictures → Screenshots.
  3. Paste it into your email with Ctrl + VCmd + V, or save it and attach it.

Messages at the bottom of the app window close after a few seconds. Point your mouse at one to keep it open while you take the screenshot.

  • Your WindowsmacOSLinux version: press Win + R, type winver and press Enter.open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac.open Settings → About (on Ubuntu: System → About). Tell us the name too, like Ubuntu 24.04.

  • The app’s log file (optional): it lists what the app did. Press Win + R, type %APPDATA%\Stream UI Fun Studio\logs and press Enter, then drag the file called main (it may show as main.log) from that folder into your email. It’s a plain text file, so open it in Notepad first if you want to see what’s in it.In Finder, press Cmd + Shift + G, type ~/Library/Application Support/Stream UI Fun Studio/logs and press Return, then drag main.log from that folder into your email. It’s a plain text file, so open it in TextEdit first if you want to see what’s in it.In your file manager, press Ctrl + L, type ~/.config/Stream UI Fun Studio/logs and press Enter, then drag main.log from that folder into your email. It’s a plain text file, so open it in your text editor first if you want to see what’s in it.

Add your Gumroad receipt (or the email address you bought with) and the product name. If the app shows something in Store → My purchases, a screenshot of that helps too. You don’t need to send your license key.

Asking for a refund? Tell us within 14 days of your purchase and describe what isn’t working on your setup. See Refunds and your licence.

Tell us the platform and the handle you typed, and copy the message shown under that row in Followers & subscribers (click your profile chip in the top-right corner to open the Your channel panel). A screenshot of that section works too.

Everything you bought is in your Gumroad library. Sign in with the email you bought with. Can’t find the email or the purchase? Write to us with the email address you used and we’ll resend it.
